These are the terms you agree to when you use BrandChannelHQ, in plain language. They are the operative agreement between you and Suprema Solutions LLC.
Who you are contracting with
BrandChannelHQ is a trading name. The service is operated by Suprema Solutions LLC, a limited liability company trading as BrandChannelHQ. Suprema Solutions LLC is the contracting party under any agreement you enter into for the service, and is who you are dealing with when you subscribe, pay, or connect a channel.
You own what you make
The videos, scripts and audio generated for your account are yours to use commercially, without restriction from us.
You are the publisher
We provide the tooling; you remain responsible for what goes out on your channels, including compliance with each platform's own rules.
We can't promise platform outcomes
We support AI-content disclosure and cap volume to discourage patterns platforms treat as spam. Those are aids, not guarantees — and platform policies change without notice to us.

From your account settings. It takes effect at the end of the billing period, and your videos and channel connections stay yours.
