Privacy
What we collect, why, and who else touches it. This is our privacy policy, not a summary of one.
Who is responsible for your data
BrandChannelHQ is a trading name. The service is operated by Suprema Solutions LLC, a limited liability company trading as BrandChannelHQ. Suprema Solutions LLC decides how and why the data described here is processed — it is the data controller, and the party to contact about access, correction or deletion, at hello@brandchannelhq.com.
Your platform credentials
Access and refresh tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest, are never displayed in the application, never returned to your browser, and never logged. They are used only to publish content you created and, where you granted analytics access, to read performance data for your own posts. Disconnecting a channel — here or on the platform — immediately ends our ability to post.
We do not sell personal data
Not to anyone, in any form. We also don't use your scripts or videos to train third-party AI models, and we don't share your content with other customers.
Sub-processors
Services that process data on our behalf. Agency customers get 30 days' notice before this list changes.

Platforms you connect
When you connect a channel, we send the finished video, its caption and its metadata to that platform under the access you granted — YouTube and the YouTube Data API (Google), TikTok (including the TikTok Content Posting API), and Instagram via the Meta Graph API. Where you granted analytics access, we read back performance figures for your own posts. Posts to TikTok are flagged as AI-generated content at the point of upload. These platforms handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
